ViroFlick is a casual flick-and-defend arcade type game by Halfmarble LLC (“halfmarble”). Flick swarms of cells at invading pathogens and keep your patient’s vitals up.

Swirl a vial with your finger to charge it, then flick to launch a swarm of cells at a pathogen. Each cell type is strong against the next one in the cycle: Antibody beats Toxin, Toxin beats Enzyme, Enzyme beats Oxygen, and Oxygen beats Antibody. Match the right vial to each invader. The in-game Medical Textbook explains every case and the counter cycle.
ViroFlick has one optional purchase: a one-time unlock that opens all six cases. It is tied to your Apple Account, so it carries across your devices and reinstalls. If it doesn’t show up:

Your settings, evolutions, and best scores are stored on your device only. There are no accounts and no cloud sync — if you delete the app, your progress is deleted with it.
Leaderboards use Apple’s Game Center and are optional. If your scores aren’t submitting, check that Game Center is turned on in your device Settings. To keep your scores private, turn Game Center off there.
