A casual flick-and-defend arcade type game. Read the pathogen swarming your patient, arm the one cell type that counters it, and flick a homing swarm to hold the line.
Free · open beta on TestFlight now · iPhone & iPad, iOS 17+
ViroFlick is in open beta on TestFlight right now. It's free, needs no account, and every case is unlocked free while the beta runs. Your feedback shapes the release.
ViroFlick was in large part designed to be easy to play for people living with Parkinson's — like me. Every button carries a tremor-tolerant debounce, so a shaky double-tap counts once. And I built the Triage case specifically for hands like mine: you hold a finger on a lane to fire instead of aiming precise flicks, and it forgives a shaky hand. If games have ever felt too fiddly, start there.

Straight from the app — read the pathogen, arm its counter, flick the swarm. Now in open beta on TestFlight.
Each case is its own kind of invasion, with its own firing mechanic. Triage and Sepsis are free to play through surge 22; one unlock lifts the cap and opens all six.
A relentless single-file flood in lanes. Hold a pool to auto-fire straight up its lane — but only two lanes at once, so triage which to cover and swap fingers as threats shift. Tuned to play easily with a tremor: hold, don't aim.
The bloodstream overwhelmed — a mixed drip of viruses, dividing cells and shielded pathogens. Prioritize the fast ones and pre-empt the splits.
A segmented parasite that slithers edge to edge, dropping a row at each turn. Flick homing volleys; a clean counter-kill chains down a run of same-type segments.
A rigid grid descends as a wall. Only the exact counter kills — no chip, no chains. Clear it before it reaches the base.
The boss fight. Clear a satellite to open a window, strike the boss, then re-aim when it morphs element and demands a new counter.
Every case in rotation — the full examination. Mix any cases you like on the start screen; scores are kept per combination.
Hold an orb to charge a cell — it hits harder and pierces, carrying leftover punch to the next pathogen. Hold too long and it overcharges and locks. Release in the window.
Rushers, dividing cells that split on death, shielded shells, worm segments, and a satellite-ringed strain that morphs element every time you hurt it.
A built-in reference for every cell, pathogen, case, and tactic — with live mechanism loops, so you can study the counter cycle before you're under fire.
Optional ranked scores, kept per case combination. Leave Game Center off in Settings and your scores stay entirely private.
Designed in large part for people living with Parkinson's: debounced buttons that forgive tremor double-taps, and the hold-to-fire Triage case — hold a lane, don't aim — made specifically for shaky hands.
